I’m Lee, Caribbean Wellness Chef, Hormone Health Coach, and the visionary behind Course 784 and the Sync & Savor Collective™. I teach Black women how to reclaim their energy, ease their period pain, and cook like their healing depends on it, because it does.
With formal training in culinary arts and a deep foundation in hormone nutrition, I teach you how to cook strategically. Not just for flavor, but for balance, energy, and healing. My method blends Caribbean culinary traditions with cycle-syncing science to help you create meals that work with your body, not against it.
