I am no stranger to online cooking classes so as soon as I saw this one about healthy cooking I knew I wanted in. I signed up even though I had no prior knowledge about hormones and I did not feel overwhlemed or out of place in the class. It was a one to one session with Chef Lee and she really took her time walking me through the recipes and sharing how each ingredient can help with managing stressful mornings. The recipes were easy and was enough for the next morning too. I left feeling confident and truly excited about learning more about hormones and food. 10/10 highly recommend.
I was not expecting this. When I came across this cooking class online, I was intrigued because it claimed to focus on managing hormone symptoms with food. I am an avid believer in holistic approaches but this concept was new to me. Chef Lee did not disappoint! From the initial onboarding experience to the live class, every step felt like it was curated with women like me in mind. She explained the causes of painful periods and how the recipes she teaches can help overtime. And the food...OMG! I will be adding these recipes to my weekly lineup. I look forward to her upcoming workshops and will book again.
