| HORMONE HEALTH COACHING BUILT IN YOUR KITCHEN.
Your hormones are asking for nourishment. Learn to feed them and transform how you feel every single month.
1:1 culinary wellness coaching for ambitious, health-conscious women navigating hormonal imbalances. Because one "good week" a month isn't enough. Let's fix that!
There's eating healthy. Then there's eating for your hormones.
You're likely here because you already know food matters for your health and even more for your menstrual cycle. It's the reason you reach for ginger tea when the cramps hit, steep raspberry leaf before your period arrives, and have started adding a few anti-inflammatory recipes to your rotation. And they work, until they don't.
When you forget to drink the tea, or life gets busy and the intentional eating falls off, the symptoms come back. You're back at square one and it feels like your body is working against you. That's because individual ingredients doing individual jobs with no unifying framework behind them will only take you so far.
YOUR CYCLE IS MORE THAN YOUR PERIOD.
Your menstrual cycle moves through four distinct hormonal phases every single month, and each one has different nutritional needs. When those needs go unmet consistently, your body responds. Not just with painful periods and heavy bleeding, but with the daily symptoms that quietly slow you down. The fatigue, brain fog, mood shifts, bloating, and energy crashes; are all connected to the health of your menstrual cycle. For women navigating hormonal imbalances, one-off food fixes aren't enough to address the root cause. You're making over 50 food decisions every day and each one either supports your hormones or disrupts them. That's why your cycle needs more than a remedy. It needs a skill.
Meet Kitchen Dialect : culinary wellness coaching built specifically for your hormone health.
Four phases. Four opportunities to feel vibrant, energized, and in control of your body every single month.

more than just coaching
The Course 784 Promise
If you're still wondering if this kind of coaching is the next step for you, a woman who grew up with green seasoning or sofrito as the base of her meals, or whose comfort comes from rice and peas, plantain or a hearty bowl of callaloo soup.
A woman who learned to cook by watching, not measuring, and whose kitchen has always been the heart of her home. The answer is yes!
Your food already speaks the language of hormone health, Kitchen Dialect helps you tanslate it in a way that your body understands.
At Course 784 we believe that the food traditions passed down through Caribbean, West African, Southern American, and other diaspora kitchens are not obstacles to wellness. They are the foundation of it. Your heritage ingredients are nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory, and deeply aligned with what your hormones need to thrive.
This method of coaching honors that, not as an afterthought or a substitution, but as the main ingredient in your healing.
You don't need to eat like someone else to feel like your best self.

Your cycle has four phases and each one has a voice. Kitchen Dialect teaches you how to cook for all of them. Start with the phase that needs the most support right now:
-
Menstrual Phase
Book Menstrual SessionYour body is releasing. It needs replenishment. This phase can leave you depleted from heavy bleeding, severe cramping, lower back pain, nausea, and fatigue. What you eat during it determines how quickly you recover.
-
Follicular Phase
Coming soon...Your body is rebuilding. It needs fuel for growth. Persistent fatigue, increased anxiety, acne flare-ups; are signs that your follicular phase isn't well supported. Your body struggles to build the foundation the rest of your cycle depends on.
-
Ovulatory Phase
Coming soon...Your body is at its peak. It needs protection. Unexplained weight gain, hormonal acne, excess facial or body hair, low energy, or difficulty conceiving are often signs of irregular or absent ovulation. Disruption in this phase can easily go undetected for most women.
-
Luteal Phase
Coming soon...Your body is preparing. It needs stability. The luteal phase is where most women feel their hormones the loudest (severe PMS, mood swings, painful bloating, breast tenderness, disrupted sleep, headaches, or spotting before your period arrives). This is where food makes the most immediate difference.
Spots are limited so if you're here and you're ready, it's time to make that move. Book a free tasting discovery call to get your questions answered and find out exactly what your Kitchen Dialect session would look like.
F.A.Qs
How is this different from seeing a nutritionist or dietitian?
A nutritionist or dietitian tells you what to eat. Culinary wellness coaching teaches you how to cook it specifically for your hormones, your cycle, and your cultural food traditions. It's the difference between a prescription and a skill. One you follow. The other you own.
Do I need to have a specific condition to benefit?
Not at all. If you have a menstrual cycle and you want to feel better in your body (more energy, stable moods, easier periods, less bloating, etc) culinary wellness coaching is for you. A diagnosis is not a prerequisite, your lived experience is enough.
How do I know which phase to start with?
Start with the phase whose symptoms are most disruptive to your life right now. If your period consistently takes you out, start with Menstrual. If PMS is running your life the week before your period, start with Luteal. You can begin wherever your body needs the most support.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends entirely on your goals, consistency and body. One session might be enough to feel a shift, while multiple sessions over time can build a complete picture of how to cook for your full cycle. There's no prescribed number. Kitchen Dialect is designed to meet you where you are and grow with you as your needs evolve.
Is this covered by insurance?
Culinary wellness coaching is not currently covered by insurance.
How is this different from just following hormone health content online?
Online content gives you information while Kitchen Dialect gives you application. This coaching is built for your kitchen, your heritage ingredients, your symptoms, and your cooking habits. A live 1:1 session built entirely around you will always do more than a generic post ever could because your body isn't generic.
What if I'm on birth control does this still apply to me?
Yes. While hormonal birth control suppresses natural ovulation, your body still responds to nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory, hormone-supportive food. Kitchen Dialect can still teach you the culinary skills to support the other phases in that way consistently.
What results can I realistically expect?
Most women leave their first session with a deeper understanding of how food communicates with their hormones, a personal recipe built around their cycle phase, and the practical skills to keep cooking that way independently. Long-term you can experience easier periods, more stable energy, reduced symptoms, and a sustainable relationship with cooking for your health. Results vary based on consistency, but the skills you build in Kitchen Dialect stay with you for life.
