| FUNCTIONAL CULINARY WORKSHOPS STEEPED IN CULTURE.
Learn how to cook to ease uncomfortable hormonal symptoms like bloating, fatigue, irregular cycles and inflammation; using a food-first approach.
CULINARY SKILLS MEETS HORMONE HEALTH.
As a woman looking to eat heathier you've heard it all before. Eat more vegetables, eat more fiber, oh and don't forget to load up on protein.
Your doctor says it, your nutritionist says it and your favorite wellness Instagram account you follow says it.
You know they're right and you understand that eating more leafy greens, loading up on healthy fats, and getting enough protein will help your energy, your cycles, your mood, all of it.
Now you're probably wondering how. How to choose quality salmon at the store? How to cook broccoli so it doesn't turn into mush? What temperature preserves nutrients instead of destroying them? How to prep meals without spending my entire Sunday in the kitchen?
You have the knowledge, now you need the skills.
.
These workshops teach you real culinary skills, focused specifically on easing your hormonal symptoms. Not another meal plan you'll abandon and not another "eat this, not that" list. Real skills. Real techniques. Real results.

RECONNECT WITH YOUR ROOTS + NOURISH YOUR HORMONES.
For years I kept hearing the same things from women who were trying to eat healthier:
"I don't have tasty recipes that actually make me feel better."
"I don't know which ingredients to use or how to cook them."
"I don't have the time or the budget to make this work."
While beneath all of that they were dealing with real symptoms that were hijacking their daily lives. Bloating that makes you change your outfit twice before leaving the house. Energy crashes that have you face-down on your desk by 2pm. Cycles so unpredictable you can't plan a vacation without anxiety.
What makes these culinary workshops different is that you're not learning how to eat perfectly or follow another restrictive plan. You're learning how to cook specifically for the hormonal symptoms modern women face daily, so you can show up boldly in your life instead of constantly managing discomfort.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Hormonal symptoms are running your life
You're bloated by noon and uncomfortable in your clothes, your energy nosedives every afternoon, your cycle is so unpredictable you avoid making plans. You know food could help, but you don't know which foods or how to prepare them for your specific symptoms.
You're bored of the same five bland meals
Eating healthy feels like punishment. The recipes you find are either boring or have twenty ingredients you'll never use again. You want meals that taste good enough to stick with without sacrificing the flavors you love.
You've tried 'healthy eating' before and it didn't last
You've done the restrictive diets, the meal plans, the 30-day challenges. They worked for a week, maybe two. Then real life hit and you fell off. You need something sustainable that doesn't require perfection, just practical skills you can actually use.
You're ready to improve your daily nutrition
You believe that your lack of confidence in the kitchen causes you to rely on takeout and processed foods that are affecting your nutrition. You're ready to boost your confidence, increase your knowledge about hormones and optimize your daily nutrition.
You're done guessing and want someone to just show you how
You're tired of Googling "foods for hormone balance" and getting conflicting advice. You don't want more information, you want someone to teach you the actual techniques, walk you through the steps, and show you how to make it work in your kitchen.

If you're nodding along yes, then you should get inside one of these workshops and let's transform how you eat, how you cook and how you care for yourself on your plate.

CARIBBEAN GIRL & HEALTH ENTHUSIAST
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR.
Aye neighbor, I’m Lee, your cooking instructor and kitchen hype woman.
I was born and raised in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where I learned early that food isn’t just about flavor, it’s also about culture, care, and community. Those childhood meals cooked over open flames, shared with family and neighbors, laid the foundation for everything I teach today.
After dealing with years of painful periods and hormone struggles, I started leaning deeper into our traditional foods not just for taste, but for relief. That personal journey reshaped the way I cook and why I teach.
Inside these workshops, I bring my full self: the Caribbean girl who learned to cook with love, the wellness chef who blends tradition with hormone-supportive meals, and the coach who’s here to help you build confidence in the kitchen one flavorful bite at a time.
EXPERT SKILLS:
- Professional flavor builder
- Fluent 'ole talker' - Caribbean term for 'storyteller'
- Health & wellness lover
- Avid Kombucha sipper
