Welcome to the neighborhood, where flavorful global cuisine meets wellness.

You know those moments when you're cooking and it just feels right? Like the flavors, the rhythm, the care you're pouring into the pot are doing something deeper?

That’s what we tap into during my culinary workshops.

These are more than just cooking classes, they're guided experiences that help you reconnect with your body, your culture, and your health through every meal.

You'll learn how to use familiar, flavorful ingredients to create hormone-supportive dishes that ease bloating, reduce PMS, and help you feel grounded throughout your cycle.

We don’t do restriction here.

We do nourishment that tastes like home, confidence in the kitchen and a rhythm that lasts beyond the recipe.

If you’ve ever wanted to feel good and eat good then this is where that starts.

RECONNECT WITH YOUR ROOTS + HEAL YOUR HORMONES.

As women, juggling life's many demands can often leave little room for self-care. But what if I told you that embracing the bold and nutritious flavors of the Caribbean could be your gateway to both culinary confidence and better hormone health?

At the start of my wellness journey, I struggled to find healthy recipes that I truly connected with. I wanted to eat healthy without having to sacrifice the flavors that I grew up loving. Now, I have a library of Caribbean recipes that I turn to time and time again, to nourish my body while nurturing my hormones for pain-free periods. I'm here to teach you how to do the same.

In each workshop you'll not only learn new recipes but also understand the hormone-healing benefits of our cultural foods.

With easy-to-follow classes, expert tips, and a focus on wellness, you'll experience how traditional cooking can bring joy, health, and a touch of island magic to your daily routine.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

You struggle with confidence in the kitchen

You often find yourself staring at your pantry, feeling overwhelmed and uninspired. Cooking doesn't feel like a joyful experience, but instead, it's a source of stress and frustration. From juggling busy schedules to managing household responsibilities, cooking can often feel like another task on your endless to-do list.

You're tired of boring, repetitive recipes

Be honest, how many times have you cooked the same meals, day after day, simply because they’re familiar and easy? This repetitive cycle is also probably limiting your creativity, leaving you wanting new flavors and techniques to spice up your time in the kitchen.

You crave culturally-relevant recipes that are also healthy

You understand that maintaining your health and hormonal balance is crucial, but have a hard time finding healthier alternatives that are both delicious and beneficial. You're ready to learn how to incorporate the nutrient-rich, cultural ingredients into your diet to naturally support your overall health and wellness.

You're ready to improve your daily nutrition

You believe that your lack of confidence in the kitchen causes you to rely on takeout and processed foods that are affecting your nutrition. You're ready to boost your confidence, increase your knowledge about hormones and optimize your daily nutrition.

CARIBBEAN GIRL & HEALTH ENTHUSIAST

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR.

Aye neighbor, I’m Lee, your cooking instructor and kitchen hype woman.

I was born and raised in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where I learned early that food isn’t just about flavor, it’s also about culture, care, and community. Those childhood meals cooked over open flames, shared with family and neighbors, laid the foundation for everything I teach today.

After dealing with years of painful periods and hormone struggles, I started leaning deeper into our traditional Caribbean foods—not just for taste, but for healing. That personal journey reshaped the way I cook and why I teach.

Inside these workshops, I bring my full self: the Caribbean girl who learned to cook with love, the wellness chef who blends tradition with hormone-supportive meals, and the coach who’s here to help you build confidence in the kitchen one flavorful bite at a time.
