Ingredients:
- 1 lb tofu, peeled & deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon (juice & zest)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic & red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add tofu, cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Stir in butter, lemon juice, and zest. Cook for another minute.
5. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve!
